Yamaha PW-X, PW-X2 plastic drive gear assembly
This is a genuine Yamaha part. It is the plastic drive gear that transfers power from the electric motor, to the large steel drive gear.
The gear comes with new lower support bearing and clutch bearing fitted. small steel gear is also included.
NOTE: This drive gear assembly has a straight cut steel gear, please check this will fit your particular motor:

Yamaha 36mm lockring tool
This tool has been specifically manufactured to fit between the spider and the 36mm nut that holds the front chainring spider on the Yamaha motor.
It has a 3/8″ socket drive for your ratchet or Torque wrench.

Yamaha drive unit grease
This pot contains 50ml of genuine Yamaha MULTEMP AC-N® motor grease. This should be enough grease for two to three full motor overhauls. MULTEMP AC-N® is a relatively expensive grease that is generally only available in large quantities. We have decanted this grease to help save money and waste.
Yamaha printed circuit board
These are a genuine Yamaha part. This is the printed circuit board (PCB) used inside the motor to control the motor itself.
The PCB can fail or become damaged by water or battery issues.
NOTE: In order to supply you the right part, please contact us with the letters and numbers from the silver sticker that can be found on the bottom of your motor. (See picture below).
These parts will not work with Giant SyncDrive motors.

This crankshaft bearing fits the Yamaha PW & PW-SE motors. It’s a high quality, very well sealed bearing with cut groove for anti creep O-ring to stop the bearing turning and wearing the motor case. O-rings are available in the service parts below.
This is the right-hand crankshaft bearing, situated within the motor, as shown in the picture below.

Yamaha PW Crankshaft Seal PLY00425, this seal is an up-rated double lip rotary shaft seal with spring for better sealing.
Yamaha PW, left-hand crankshaft bearing with groove cut for O-ring. You can remove and re-use your old O-ring or buy new ones from our site.
Yamaha PW-X & PW-X2 chainring spider nut tool
This is a castellated tool to fit the Yamaha PW-X and PW-X2 and Giant SyncDrive Pro chainring spider nut / lockring nut. This tool has a 3/8″ socket drive for your ratchet or Torque wrench.
If your motor has the 36mm normal looking nut, you will need the other Yamaha tool
